摘要
目的:探讨应用紫外分光光度法测定维生素 E 烟酸脂胶囊的含量。方法:采用乙醇为溶剂,在264±nm 波长处测定吸收度,绘制标准曲线。结果:该法测定平均回收率为99.72%,RSD 为0.32%,(n=5),线形范围为16～80ug/ml,r=09936。结论:本法作为维生素 E 烟酸脂胶囊的含量测定,方法简便,可靠。
Objective:To evaluate determination of the content in Vitamin E Nicotinic Acid Capsules with UV-spectrophotometry.Methods.Using alcohol as solvent,the absorbance were determined at wavelength at 264±nm,drew the standard curves.Results.The average recovery was 99.72%,with RSD of 0.32%(n=5),the linear range was 16～80ug/ml,r=0.9936.Conclu- sion.The method is determination of the content in Vitamin E Nicotinic Acid Cqpsu|es,it is simple and accurate.
