摘要
分析 6 5例 91眼超高度近视白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的疗效。本组轴长 30 .6 1～ 35 .98mm,平均 32 .6 6。随访 6～ 36个月 ,平均 19.6个月。术后视力≥ 0 .4眼 ,占 46 .15 %。影响术后视力主要原因为超高度近视导致眼底病变。
The Results of cataract extraction with phacoemulsification on 91 eyes of 65 patients with super high myopia were reported. The average axial length of eyeballs measured was 32.66mm (30.61-35.98mm). The postoperative corrected visual acuities in 46.15% of eyes were 0.4 or better. The main cause of the poor result is due to the pathologic changes of the fundus in super high myopia.
