摘要
目的:探讨丹参在儿科领域里的应用。方法:查找近年来有关丹参药理作用及儿童用药方面的相关报道。结果:近年来国内应用丹参治疗儿童疾病已有多处报告,主要应用于由于缺血缺氧所造成的呼吸道、肾脏、新生儿等疾病。具有活血化瘀、改善ATP酶的活性及保护呼吸链基本功能,并具有免疫调节的作用。结论:丹参类药物在小儿科有很好的应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate RSM clinical application on the pediatric field. Methods:To find associate reports in recent years on RSM' s pharmaco and it' s applying on child. Results: There has been much reports on child disease treatment using RSM in recent years in our country. It is chief application in respiratory tube, nephrosis, neonatal diseases during to hypoxia-ischemia. It can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis and improve ATPase activities and protecte respiratory chain basis function, gone throngh mi-crocirculation, and immune regulative effects. Conclusions: RSM has a wide apolicable value in pediatrics.
