我国二板市场不久将开始运作 ,第一批企业在明年可望上市。呼之欲出的二板市场功能定位如何 ,其面临的挑战又是怎样 ?本文试就这两个问题做一论述。
The secondary board market is coming to run,and some companies will be on the market next year.What are functions of the secondary board market,and what are the challenges of the secondary board market?The two questions will be discussed in this thesis.
