摘要
常用中药乳香,具有消肿止痛、去瘀生肌功效。含有树脂、树胶和挥发油等成分。乳香一般经炮制后再作药用。药理研究表明,乳香挥发油具有较强的抗菌消炎作用。乳香挥发油成分的分析研究报道较少。
Optimization for GC separation of 1-octanol (A) and octyl acetate (B) contained in the volatile oil of olibanum was investigated with the combination of orthogonal design and simplex methods,using chromatographic optimization function COF as a reference criterion.The optimal experimental conditions were as follows;column temperature 160℃,flow rate 25ml/ min.This paper deals with the GC quantitation of A and B contained in the volatile oil of olibanum and its processing products with 8%PEG-20M as stationary phase and cinnamic aldehyde as the internal standard.
