摘要 导致机器或设备失效的主要原因有:强度、刚度、腐蚀和磨损问题,或它们的联合作用形式,其危害极普遍和严重。随着机器向高速、高压方向发展,和在繁多的环境条件下工作,无静腐蚀或磨损问题,日益突出。本文阐述腐蚀和磨损的微观机制及其控制。 There are a number of main factors which can lead to failure by oneself for machinery or device,such as strength,stiffness,corrosion and wear.In practice several factors may be operative simullaneo usly.Their harm are partic- ularly widespread and serious.As the machinery is operating towards high speed, high pressure and various enviroment conditions,corrosion or wear,each effects have been protruding increasingly.The mechanism of corrosion and wear are des- cribed theoretically,and the methodscontrolled are discussed in this article.
