摘要
本文研究了5种液晶添加剂的减摩特性,结果表明它们均有不同程度的减摩作用。还研究了速度,比压,温度对摩擦系数的影响、实验结果表明,液晶分子中极性基团在端位和烃键处较长,均有利于减摩作用;通过AES 谱分析和扫描电镜分析对减摩机理作了初步解释。
The antifriction characteristics of five kinds of liquid crystals as lub-ricant additives were investigated in the dissertation,The results show that they allcan reduce friction but the effects are different.This paper also discusses the effectof speed,pressure,temperature on coefficient of friction (μ).The tribological exp-eriments show that liquid crystal with polar end group or long straight chain isthe better antifriction additive of lubricant.The antifriction priciple has been pri-mary explained through the analysis of SEM,SAM.
