摘要
人类物质文明和精神文明发展的每一步 ,都是科学技术推动的结果。其正面作用毫无质疑 ,但其负面影响不可忽视。特别是在当代科技革命面前 ,要正视并抑制它的负面影响 。
Every Step of development of man's material civilization and cultural construction is the result of science and technology. The side effect of science and technology cannot be ignored. During the modern technological revolution period, such side effects should be seriously considered and controlled so as to gain impetus to the social civilization.
