摘要
建立了棒型直线超声电机驱动振子纵向和弯曲振动的力学模型 ,分析了压电陶瓷位置对驱动振子特定振型振动的激励响应的影响 ,从而给出了确定激励纵向。
The longitudinal vibration and the bending vibration mechanical models of the driving part of the rod\|shaped ultrasonic motor is established, and the exciting effect of the piezoceramics (PZT) in the special vibration modes of the driving part is analyzed, then the rule of deciding the optimum exciting position of PZT is presented.
