摘要
中国传统体制下的银企关系由行政安排达成 ,导致其效率低下。转轨时期的银企关系使企业和银行在具有逐利冲动的同时 ,产生了前所未有的冲突与恶化。在市场经济体制下应选择以非股权融合为特征的松散型银企关系的目标模式。
The institution change of the relationship between bank and enterprises has experienced a historic process in China.China should select the model of loosing the relationship between bank and enterprise which characters that bank can't hold the stock of enterprise.
