摘要
目的 筛选用于治疗滴虫性阴道炎的中草药。 方法 选择具有杀虫、消炎作用的 11种中草药进行体外抗阴道毛滴虫试验 ,对有效药物交叉配伍组成复方 ,分别进行体外试验和临床应用。 结果 体外试验表明常山、花椒、仙鹤草、白头翁、青蒿有较好的杀虫效果 ,常山 +花椒和白头翁 +青蒿两复方临床应用效果最好。 结论 常山、花椒和白头翁、青蒿两复方可较好的用于治疗滴虫性阴道炎。
Objective To screen new Chinese herbs against Trichomonas vaginalis . Methods Eleven kinds of Chinese herbs which had effects of destroying intestinal parasites and counteracting inflammation were collected and were studied for destroying T. vaginalis in vitro , and then several kinds of the herbs which had better effects were selected to form compound prescription in adequate proportion. The prescription were tested for the further effects both in vitro and in chinical practice. Results The results showed that Changshan, Huajiao, Xianhecao, Baitouweng and Qinghao have better effects in clinical practice. Conclusion The compound prescription containing Changshan, Huajiao, Baitouweng and Qinghao cauld be used to cure trichomonal vaginitis effectively.
