摘要
目的 探讨脂肪肝和病毒性肝炎B超影像学特点。方法 对 113例脂肪肝和 10 0例病毒性肝炎患者进行B超检查 ,主要观察项目为 :肝脏大小、实质回声、管腔结构、胆囊炎变及脾脏大小等。分别对每个观察项目在两组中出现的比率进行卡方检验。结果 脂肪肝组出现肝大、回声弥漫增强及管腔减少的比率高于病毒性肝炎组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。病毒性肝炎组出现胆囊炎变及脾大的比率高于脂肪肝组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 应用B超进行脂肪肝及病毒性肝炎的鉴别诊断 ,应当把重点放在探查肝脏大小、回声是否呈弥漫性改变 ,管腔结构显示是否清晰 。
Objective To discuss the image characteristics in ultrasonic B of fatty liver and virus hepatitis.Methods 113 patients with fatty liver and 100 virus hepatitis patients were examined by ultrasonic B,and were observed in the items of liver size,parenchyma echo,construction of bile duct,gallbladder inflammation and spleen size,which were statisticed in rate in chi square each.Results The rate of larger liver,echo strengthening and bile duct decreasing were higher in fatty liver patients than those in virus hepatitis patients( P <0.001).The rate of gallbladder inflammation and larger spleen were higher in virus hepatitis patients than those in fatty liver patients( P <0.001).Conclusion Fatty liver patients and virus hepatitis patients can be distinguished in the items of liver size,echo changing,distinct bile duct,gallbaldder inflammation and spleen size.
