摘要
本文根据视觉神经的感知特性和Weber Fechner定理 ,提出了新的中值滤波和图像增强等图像处理方法 ,有效地改善了细胞显微图像的质量 ,使之更加符合人眼的观察特性 。
According to the trait of visual nerve and Weber Fechner theory, We presented new median filter and image enhancement for image processing. By using the two methods, we could not only effectively improve the quality of cellular microscopic image, but also make it more consistent with the visual characteristics of human eyes. At the same time, it provided new methods and thoughts for image processing technique.
