摘要
目的 :提供椎弓根螺钉入点定位法及双入点间距的解剖学资料。方法 :观测螺钉入点并测量双入点间距。结果 :①螺钉入点 :分 4组 ,第 1组 ,C2 为横突下缘水平线与中外 1/4垂线交点处 ;第 2组C3 ～L1,除C5外均在横突中上水平线与关节突中垂线及中外 1/4垂线限定的四边形内。第 3组L2 ～L4 在横突中水平线与外缘垂线交点处 ;第 4组L5在横突中水平线与乳突外缘垂线交点处 ,距关节突外缘垂线 (4.8± 0 .7)mm。②双入点间距 :L5最大 ,C5次之而T5～T7最小。结论 :C3 ～L3 入点多集中在横突中上水平线与关节突中外垂线限定的四边形内 ,其中C3 ～C4 、C6～L1均在横突中上水平线与关节突中垂线及中外 1/4垂线限定的四边形内 ;双入点间距变化有明显的规律性。
Objective: To provide anatomical data for the orienta tion of entran ce point of pedical screw and the distance between entrance points.M ethods: The e ntrance points of screw and the distance between two screw points were measured. Results: ①The entrance point of screw: C 2's entrance point was at the intersect ion of inferior level line of transverse process and the meddle-lateral 1/4 ve rtical line of articular process; C 3～L 1's entrance points (not including C 5) we re in the quadrilateral composed of middle and superior border level lines of tr ansverse process, middle vertical line and the 1/4 middle-lateral line; L 2～L 4' s entrance point were at the intersection of middle level line and vertical line of lateral borders; L 5's entance point was at the intersection between the mi ddl e level line and the lateral vertical line of mastoid process, and the mean leng th between that intersection and the lateral vertical line of articular process was 4.8±0.7 mm.②The distance between bilateral entrance points: L 5's was th e ma ximum value, C 5's was the second and T 5～T 7's were the Minimum value.Conclusion: The screw entrance points from C 3 to L 3 were mainly in quadrilateral compos ed o f two middle and superior level lines of transverse process and two middle and l ateral vertical border lines of articular process.C 3～C 4 and C 6～L 1 were situate d in a smaller quadrilateral composed of two middle and superior level lines of transverse process and two vertical lines which were middle and 1/4 line of midd le-lateral.The change of the distance between two screw points was regular.
