摘要
通过对WTO有关条款的研究 ,针对河南林业发展现状及存在的问题 ,分析了中国加入WTO对河南森林资源及林产工业产生的影响 。
Based on the study on the articles of the WTO and in view of the problems and present situatin of forestry development in Henan,an analysis is given of the influence of the accession of China to WTO upon forest resources and forest product industry,and the countermeasures to Henan forestry construction are put forward.
