摘要
目的 :测定西洋参萃取物及许氏保肝奶蓟草胶囊中人参皂苷 Rb1 的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 ( HPL C)法 ,检测波长为 2 0 3nm,流动相为乙腈 -水 ( 30∶ 70 ) ,样品提取方法按照《中国药典》( 2 0 0 0版 部 ) [1 ]。结果 :西洋参萃取物中人参皂苷 Rb1 含量为 19.74%,RSD为 0 .98%;三个批号许氏保肝奶蓟草胶囊中人参皂苷 Rb1 含量为 0 .487%,0 .473%,0 .474%;方法平均回收率为 96 .2 2 %,RSD为 1.0 8%。结论 :方法稳定 ,重现性好 ,可作为许氏保肝奶蓟草胶囊质控方法。
Objective:To determine the contents of Ginsenoside-Rb 1 in Panax Quinquefolium L. extraction and Xushi-Baogan-Naijicao (XSBGNJC) Capsules.Methods:Using HPLC, with acetonitrile-water(30∶70) as a mobile phase and detected at 203 nm. The extraction method were referred to C.P. (2000 edition, lst).Results:The contents of ginsenoside-Rb 1 in Panax quinquefolium L. extraction were 19.74% with the relative standard deviation 0.98%. The contents of ginsenoside-Rb 1 in three batches of XSBGNJC Capsules were 0.487%, 0.473%and 0.474%; The average recovery and relative standard deviation of the method were 96.22% and 1.08% respectively.Conclusion:This method was stable and had a good repeatition, it is suitable for quality contol of XSBGNJC Capsules.
