摘要
目的 :将人体生化免疫的检测技术应用到传统中药材山羊血测定中。方法 :样品经研细后 ,每份样品各取 10 0 mg分别用生理盐水 1m l溶解后 ,各取 30 μl测定 ,并按试剂盒操作方法操作。结果 :各组分间有一定差异 ,酶基本失去活性 ,其中一份样品乙肝两对半阳性。结论 :利用人体生化免疫技术测定部分动物中药是可行的。
Objective:To study the feasibility of determining caprine blood by the technology of human biochemistry-immunity examination.Methods:Every 100 mg skived sample was dissolved in 1 ml 0.9% NaCl liquor. 30 μl liquor was used to be determined by the method following the specification of reagent kits.Results:There were varieties among different groups. Enzymatic activity almost vanished and the serum marks of HBV in one case was positive.Conclusion:It is feasible to determine some animal medicinal materials by the technology of human biochemistry-immunity examination.
