航空级加固型有源液晶显示器及其现状 被引量:12

摘要 应用于航空器的高性能有源液晶显示器 (AMLCD)几乎全部都是由商用液晶显示屏加固而成的 ,美国从事加固型液晶显示模块以及加固型液晶显示器的公司最多 ,目前西方数以万计的航空级液晶显示器大多来自美国公司。有别于其它军用液晶显示器 ,航空级液晶显示器具有一些特殊的要求 ,例如显示亮度、显示尺寸、对比度、夜视兼容、抗阳光、振动与冲击等等公方面都与舰载、车载液晶显示器有所区别 ,从而使得用于航空器的液晶显示器也有着十分独特的加固工艺。本文介绍了航空级加固型液晶显示器的技术要求、加固工艺。 The high performance Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display (AMLCD) used in air craft is almost entirely ruggedized from general commercial LCD. There are a large number of company which engage in manufacture of rugged LCD models or rugged LC displays in USA, and now a great deal of rugged LCD used in aerostats around the world are provided by those corporations from USA. Different from other military equipment such as warship, vehicle, etc., the display for aviation has a lot of special specification, such as luminance(brightness), contrast ratio, dimension, NVG, solar radiation, shock and vibration, etc.. In this paper, the technical requirements and specification, rugged technics and procedure, market potential purchasing power and the capacity of western companys of the rugged display for aviation are introduced in detail.
