摘要
文章介绍了一种噪声系数低于 2 d B、动态范围大于 86 d B的低噪声大动态连续检波式对数放大器的设计原理 ,并给出了实验结果。该放大器可广泛应用于通讯、雷达、电子对抗等电子设备。
A low noise large dynamic range successive detection logarithmic amplifier is presented in the paper, which has a noise coefficient lower than 2 dB and a dynamic range larger than 86 dB.Experimental results are given.The log amplifier can be widely used in electronic systems for communication, radar and countermeasures
