摘要
目的 评价尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性检测作为诊断膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)的临床价值。方法 利用端粒酶PCR -ELISA技术检测 4 2例TCC患者晨尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性。结果 4 2例TCC患者尿脱落细胞端粒酶活性 (OD)为 (0 .5 9± 0 .12 ) ,明显高于健康者和非恶性肿瘤泌尿系统其他疾病患者 ;端粒酶活性强度与TCC的分化程度无关。
? Objective To determine the value of detection of telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells as clinical indicator of tumor presence.Methods Telomerase activity was assayed by telomerase PCR-ELISA technique in urine exfoliated cells from 42 patients with transitional cell carcinoma(TCC).Results Telomerase activity (OD)in urine exfoliated cells from TCC patients was(0.59±0.12),it was remarkably higher than those in controls;intensity of telomerase activity was not related to differentiation degree of TCC cells.Conclusions The data suggest that the detection of telomerase activity in urine exfoliated cells may be of clinical value in early diagnosis of TCC. 〔
