摘要
三转三吸是针对 φ(SO2 )≥ 16 %高浓度二氧化硫烟气的制酸工艺。通过三转三吸工艺与国外正在开发采用高活性低温催化剂和耐高温催化剂的两转两吸工艺各自能达到的转化率比较 ,对目前国产催化剂在三转三吸工艺中会不会因二氧化硫浓度高使使用受到限制的疑虑进行了分析推论 。
Triple absorption process is especially adapted for sulphuric acid plants based on smelter off gas with a SO 2 concentration more than 16%. A comparison of SO 2 conversion is formed between the triple absorption process using home made catalysts with the double absorption process using developing low strike and high temperature catalysts. The doubt on safe use of home made catalyst at so high SO 2 concentration is resolved. Reliability and advantage of triple absorption process are demonstrated. 〔
