摘要
无毒无污染的棉织物防皱整理。将虾壳用稀酸、稀碱处理 ,脱色制成甲壳质 ,再用碱处理脱乙酰基制成壳聚糖。整理后的织物不泛黄 ,白度、强力、耐水洗性均可与传统的低甲醛整理剂相比拟 ,且折皱回复角较高 ,辅以适当的柔软剂和催化剂 。
Non-toxic and pollution-free wrinkle resistant finish of cotton fabric was described. Chitin was prepared by treating and decolourizing the shrimp crust with dilute acid and dilute alkali. The resultant product was deacetylated by alkaline treatment, and so obtained chitosan. The treated fabric was nonyellowing and comparable to that treated with formaldehyde finish in terms of whiteness, strength and durability to washing. It had better CRA also. This agent is suitable for durable wrinkle resistant finish when assisted with proper softening agent and catalyst.
