摘要
分析了喷气织机开车痕的产生机理及斜纹类织物经缩波浪纹疵点多于平纹的原因 ,介绍了国外先进型号喷气织机在解决开车痕方面所采取的技术措施 ,结合日产LA5 1S型喷气织机在解决开车痕方面的特点和不足 ,提出了两项改进设想 :安装织口位置感应装置及根据停台时间自动控制织口位移量。
The mechanism of causing start-up marks of air-jet loom is analyzed. The causes that twill weaves have more shrinkage end slippage then plain weaves are explained. Measures of solving start-up marks problem of advanced overseas air-jet looms are discussed. With the characteristics and defects of solving start-up marks problem of LA51S air-jet loom made in Japan, two improving assumes are put forward--installing cloth fell location inductor and controlling the displacement of cloth fell automatically according to the stop time of machine.
