本文着重分析以下几个问题：１、股份制企业投资决策原则的依据、程序是什么。２、企业确定和实施投资决策的机理过程呈何种格局。３、我国现阶段股份制企业在投资决策过程中存在着哪些问题。
This essay emphatically analyses the following problems: (1) What are the bases and processes for joint-stock enterprises' principles of investment decision. (2) The pattern present the mechanism processes of enterprise making and implementing investment decision.
