摘要
The basic research of tissue engineering is investigated over ten years old On the basis of understanding of the key techniques including isolation and culture of seeding cells, prefabrication of scaffold materials, tissue construction in vitro and so on , the engineered tissue was transplanted into animals to repair tissue defect The research showed that engineered tissues could form new tissue and repair defects as well Recently, there were preliminary reports about clinical applications including engineered bone, cartilage, tendon and skin The preliminary clinical results were satisfactory However, it still needs to strengthen basic research and organize the multi center clinical studies, define the safety and efficacy of engineered tissue, the technical routes of clinical applications and others The extensive clinical applications should be approved by national government
