摘要
本文选用结构与甘氨酸相似且偶极矩较大的有机分子作为置换式掺杂剂,用水溶液降温首次生长出四种新型的均匀透明的大尺寸TGS系列晶体,即掺乙二胺的TGS(ENTGS),掺羟基乙酸的TGS(HTGS)、掺氨基乙醇的TGS(AMTGS)和掺DL-酒石酸的TGS(TATGS)等四种新型晶体,并分别测定了相应溶液的准稳定区,研究了它们各自的生长习性,同时应用了X射线粉末衍射与红外光谱分析等方法,证实了掺杂剂均已进入晶体,达到了预期的目的。
The organic compounds that are similar to glycine in molecular structure and have large dipole moments, have been selected to be substituting dopants in TGS crystals. So four kinds of new type crystals of TGS series with high evenness-transparentness and large size have been grown by slow-cooling method of water solution for the first time. They are ethylene diamine doped TGS (ENTGS), hydroxy-acetic acid doped TGS (HTGS), amino ethanol doped TGS (AMTGS) and DL-tartaric acid doped TGS (TATGS) crystals. The metastable regions of the corresponding growth solutions have been determined, respectively, and the growth habits of the crystals have been studied. Simultaneously, by the X-ray powder diffraction and IR spectra analyses, it has been proved that the dopants were mixed into the crystals as we were expected.
