摘要
目的：探讨综合治疗多发性鼻息肉的疗效。方法：对多发性鼻息肉７２例进行综合治疗即行鼻息肉摘除术＋筛窦开放术＋术后随诊治疗３个月。随访１～６年。结果：治愈５１例，复发２１例，治愈率为７０．８％。结论：此方法能有效地降低鼻息肉的复发率，消除鼻窦炎的症状，如多脓涕、头痛等。疗效比常规单纯鼻息肉摘除术持久。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive therapy in treating multiple nasal polyp.Method:72 cases who suffered from multiple nasal polyp were treated with comprehensive therapy (ie nasal polyp extraction+ethmoidotomy+treating and following up in out-patient department for 3 months) and were followed up for 1-6 years.Result:51 cases were cured,21 cases were recurrenced,the cure rate was 70.8%.Conclusion:This therapy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of nasal polyp,besides that it could eliminate the symptom of sinusitis such as excessive nasal discharge,headache etc.Compared with routine simple nasal polyp extraction,this therapy possesses the advantages of lasting curative effect.
