摘要
从我国的小康建设、国际形势、改革进程、产业结构的优化升级及加入WTO的需要等五个方面 ,分析了当前我国农业结构调整的紧迫性和必要性。在此基础上 ,指出了我国农业结构调整应遵循的指导思想和应坚持的原则 ,并就如何进行战略性结构调整 ,提出了若干对策和建议。
The urgency and necessity of current agricultural structure adjustment were analysed from the five aspects including building of comparatively well off society, international situation, reform process, optimization and upgrade of industrial structure, and the need of entering the WTO.On the aforesaid basis, the guiding ideology one should follow and the principles one should adhere to in our country's agricultural structure adjustment were pointed out, and also several countermeasures and proposals how to adjust the strategic structure were put forward.
