摘要
较详细地介绍了浆态床鼓泡反应器(Slurry Bubble Column Reactor,SBCR)中流型、相含率、气泡尺寸及其分布、气泡在液相的停留时间等流体力学特性以及操作条件对SBCR流体力学特性的影响,指出基于稳态和线性假设的传统SBCR流体力学研究的不足及当前利用混沌分析方法进行SBCR流体力学研究取得的新进展,并指出今后SBCR流体力学的研究方向。
This article introduces the hydrodynamic characteres in Slurry Bubble Column Reactor, such as flowing pattern,phase holdup,size and distribution of bubble,and the residence time of bubble,as wellas the influence of operating conditions on hydrodynamic character in SBCR. It points out the deficiency of traditional hydrodynamic research in SBCR based on stable condition and linear hypothesis and the progress of hydrodynamic research in SBCR based on chaos analysis. It also points out the direction of hydrodynamic research in SBCR in the future.
