摘要
研究了树脂型固砂剂在中低温油水井中的固砂效果。评价了固化时间、固化温度、催化剂的类型和用量以及不同粒径石英砂等因素对固砂效果的影响。测定了砂岩岩心注固砂剂前、后渗透率的变化及开始出砂时的临界流量Qc,利用测定结果评价了固砂剂对地层渗透率的伤害程度和固砂强度 ,并进一步筛选出适用于中低温油水井的固砂剂配方。
The sand consolidation effectiveness of resinous sand consolidation agents for oil and water wells at middle low temperature is evaluated experimentally. The effects of solidification time and temperature, types and amount of catalyst, and different grain sizes of quartz sand on sand consolidation effectiveness are discussed. The permeability variation by injecting sand consolidation agents into sandstone core and critical flow rate of sand production are determined. The factors affecting sand consolidation effectiveness are analyzed. The proper sand consolidation agents available for oil and water wells at middle low temperature can be selected on the basis of experiment.
