摘要
高校科研管理的信息化、网络化已成必然趋势。高校校园网的开通为科研管理的信息化、网络化的实现提供了必要的条件。本文介绍基于Internet和Intranet的高校科研管理的基本功能 ,提出通过建立科研管理网站、组建科研管理局域网络和建设科研管理数据库等来实现科研管理的网络化。
Aloing with the irreversible trend of cybernation ,the establishing of campus network has no doubt provided some necessary conditions for the scientific research management in universities. The present article, with some essential functions of the internet and intranet as a starting-point in the scientific research management in universities, proposes that we can apply cyber-networks in scientific research management by building websites, LANs, and databases.
