摘要 目的 研究垂直列管加热的搅拌槽中温度场分布 .方法 在对称装有 4组垂直加热列管、直径为5 0 0 mm的搅拌槽中使用带副叶的 CBY桨进行搅拌 ,工作物料是纯度为 99.5 %的甘油 ,液晶粒子均匀分散在其中 ,采用 LC测温技术测量搅拌槽内温度场的分布 .结果与结论 在流体雷诺数较低情况下搅拌槽中的温度分布不太均匀 。 Aim: To research the temperature distribution in an agitated tank which is heated by vertical pipes. Methods: There are four sets of vertical heating pipes equipped symmetrically in an agitated tank whose diameter is 500 mm. The working liquid is glycerine whose purity is 99.5%. The LC technique was used to measure the temperature distributions in the tank. The liquid crystal particals are dispersed uniformly in it. Results and Conclusion: The temperature distributions in the tank is not uniform when the Reynolds number of the impeller is low, and there exist high temperature field near the vertical pipes.
