摘要
在臭氧发生器中,臭氧的产生效率与其放电电压的有效值、上升速率和频率有着密切的关系,因此设计一种电压峰值及其频率都可调的电源就十分必要了。本文介绍了一种新型的高压调频电源的设计方法。
In the equipment of making ozone, the efficiency of producing is related to the virtual value, the slope, the frequency of the discharge voltage. So designing a power source that it's peak value and frequency can be regulated is necessary. In this paper we introduce a method to design a high voltage power source that have the function of frequency conversion.
