摘要
目的:建立一种测定伤痛配中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法:毛细管气相色谱法,以外标峰面积法定量。结果:线性范围0.3138～1.5690μg,r=0.9996。加样回收率为99.1％,RSD=0.87％。结论:方法简便、精确、快速、重现性好,可作为伤痛酊的质量控制标准。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of paeonol in shangtong tincture. Methods: GC/NPD. The concentration of paeonol was quantified by external standard method. Results: The method was linear within the range of 0. 3138μg-l. 5690μg,r = 0. 9996. The average recovery was 99. 1% (RSD = 0. 87%)Conclusions: The method is easy,rapid,accurate and reproducible, it can be a quality con-tral stadard of shangtong tincture.
