摘要
在软性土和大孔性、湿陷性黄土较深的土层中利用普通钻机 ,以钻孔直径小 (10 0 )以下而采用高压泵送水泥浆体 ,在全部钻孔深度内利用高压力喷射流 ,割切破坏土体、搅拌扩压与周围土体凝固形成直径80 0左右的桩体 ,达到了提高承载力的目的 ,减少土方因深挖、外运回填等引起的环境、空气污染和投资费用的增加 ,以提高效益保证工期。
The paper specifically describes the crafts of forming pile in the deeper soil layer of the soft soil, large pore soil and collapsible loess. Completely speaking, the every process of the crafts is as following: firstly adopting the common drills whose diameter is below 100 to pump cement slurry by high pressure; secondly cutting and stirring the destroyed soil body using high pressure jet flow ; thirdly combining with around soil body to forming the pile body with about800 diameter. Through the crafts the bearing capacity of pile body is enhanced. In addition to it, the investment cost also is reduced. Thus good benefit is improved and construction time limit is also guarantee.
