摘要
阐述了作用在建筑物上的各类荷载及作用的特点和表达方式 ,着重说明了各类荷载与作用之间存在的对应关系 ,介绍了考虑地震作用的两个目标及其决定因素 ,阐明采用规范荷载数据时需注意的问题和建筑物应具备承载储备能力的必要性。
The paper expounds, in straightaway words, all kinds of loads acting on buildings and the actions' features and performance way. The relations of correspondence between the loads and actions are emphasized. Also the writer introduces the two objects and determinant factors to considering the earthquake action. In addition, the problems needing attentions while adopting standard data of load and the necessity for buildings to be provided with bearing capacity are elaborated.
