摘要
目的 :评价拉西地平的降压作用。方法 :采用自身对照开放试验方法 ,对原发性高血压患者40例 ,予以口服拉西地平 4mg/d,疗程 4周。结果 :降压总有效率为 87.5 %。服药后未见心率增快 ,不良反应少而轻 ,所有病人均能耐受 ,结论 :拉西地平能够有效地降低血压 ,是一种安全 ,有效的药物。
Objective:To assess the efficiency of lacidipine on hypertension.Method:By the open self-conteol,40 essential hypertension patients were enrolled in the 4 seeks study with receiving lacidipine 4mg daily.Results:The total effective rate of lowering blood pressure was 87.5%.The heart tate had not increased after taking the medicine and the side effect was little and mild.Conclusion:The results show that the lacidipine is an effective and safe antihypertension drug and well toletrated by patients.
