摘要
义利关系与社会财富分配直接相关,在社会生产关系转型时期总是受到人们的特别关注。我国学术界多认为“孔孟主张义利对立,尚义排利”,这是对孔孟极大的误解。从孔孟的言论和行动看,他们“重义而不轻利”,“尚义而不排利”。儒家义利观在历史发展进程中经过了两次蜕变,这是孔孟义利观被误解的主要原因。为了建立适应市场经济的新的义利观,必须区分儒家义利观的精华和糟粕,批判地继承孔孟义利观中的合理因素。
In times of the transformation of social production relations, people are especially concerned with the justice- profit relation because it is directly interrelated with the distribution of social wealth. In the academic circles of China there has been a misunderstanding that Confucius and Mencius (two ancient Chinese philosophers)favored the proposi- tion' conflict of justice and profit', and advocated the slogan' Uphold justice, oppose profit-chasing'. That was not the case. Judging by their words and deeds, they' valued justice and never disdained profit,' i. e. they' upheld justice and never opposed profit-making'. In the course of history the Confucian outlook on justice-profit relation has undergone two incidents of transformation and this,the author holds,has contributed to the rnisunderstanding. In order to keep abreast of the updated outlook on justice-profit relation in the market economy,we should distinguish the essence from the dross and inherit the equitability of the outlook in a critical way.
