摘要
现代机械设计方法的发展趋势之一是可视化设计和虚拟设计.要求所设计产品不仅在形状、 颜色方面接近真实物体,还要求材质、表面粗糙度等表面属性,以及将来包括质量、重量、硬度、惯 性矩等在内的物理属性也应与真实机械产品一致.为顺应这一发展趋势,文中探讨了一条运用空 间解析几何和数值分析的方法,完成对渐开线圆柱斜齿轮进行三维参数化建模的途径,并利用 AutoCAD2000的二次开发工具VBA加以实现,获得了与真实产品非常相似的斜齿轮模型.
Visual design and virtual design are trend of the modern machine design methodologies. It re- quires the mechanical product designed resembling the real product not only in the shape,color, but al- so in the material,surface precision, and even in the quality, weight,rigidity and inertial matrix. To match the needs mentioned above, the paper introduces a way of realizing 3D parameterize modeling of the involute-column-bevel gear by using methods of space analytic geometry and numerical value anal- ysis. The paper also describes how to use VBA to carry out the 3D modeling.
