摘要
提出了一种高准确度二维水平传感器 ,其输出为直流毫伏信号 ,测量灵敏度为 0 .5mV/ (″) ,检测范围为± 2 0 0″ ,准确度达 1″ ,响应时间为 1s。该传感器可直接与自动测量系统连接 。
A horizontal high accuracy sensor of two dimension is discussed.The output is based on mV signal.The precision is 0.5?mV/(″) during measurement.The measure range is from -200 ″ to 200 ″.The accuracy is 1″ and the response time is 1?s.This sensor can be connected with the auto detect system and change the second meter to be levelmeter.
