摘要
采用理化测试手段 ,研究了渗碳工艺参数对 2 0CrMnTi齿轮的微观组织、力学性能、显微硬度及残余应力的影响 ,分析了影响渗碳层质量的因素 。
The influence of carburizing process parameters on the microstructure, mechanical properties, microhardness and residual stress of 20CrMnTi gear has heen studied by physical testing and chemical analysis. Various factors influencing the quality of carburized case are discussed, and the methods as how to control the heat treating process have heen put forward.
