摘要
研制了一种氧化锌电阻片试品老化的全程自动测试系统 ,它采用 windows环境下的可视化编程技术 ,可巡回检测各试品、记录老化试验时间。
A new automatic aging testing system is developed. It can control the whole process automatically in testing period. The system can measure periodically, display and memory the power loss and temperature of each samples on line, drawing aging test real-time curve in the windows environment. The system can also record testing duration of each samples, time and numbers of AC power interruption in the testing process.
