摘要
采用交流阻抗法研究了 pH =9.2的硼砂硼酸缓冲溶液中缓蚀剂Na2 WO4 和BTA复配对铜电极的缓蚀效果。实验表明 ,单一缓蚀剂Na2 WO4 的缓蚀效果随其浓度的增加略有增加 ;单一缓蚀剂BTA随其浓度的增加 ,其缓蚀性也增加 ,当浓度达 5mg/L时 ,缓蚀效果最佳。在缓蚀剂总浓度为 3mg/L ,Na2 WO4 和BTA复配时 ,显出较好的协同效应 ,其最佳配比为 :1mg/LNa2 WO4
The corrosion inhibition of tungstate?BTA and mixture of tungstate and BTA on copper electrode in buffer borax solutions was studied by AC impedance method. It was shown that the corrosion inhibition increased with its concentration of tungstate and BTA respectively. BTA and tungstate shows good synergistic effect and the optimum ratio is 1mg/L Na 2WO 4+2mg/L BTA
