摘要
针对不同状态下齿轮的振动信号具有不同的高斯性和对称性的特点 ,利用三阶累积量的性质 ,对双谱分析用于齿轮故障诊断的方法和物理意义进行了研究 .采用双谱估计的直接算法 ,给出了正常、裂纹和断齿三种不同状态的齿轮信号的双谱的等高线图 ,成功地对三种不同状态的齿轮进行了鉴别 .同时 ,利用上述双谱中的一个“对角切片”Bx(ω ,ω)将齿轮信号进行分离 ,发现不同状态下“对角切片”Bx(ω ,ω)的谱线分布具有不同特点 。
Gear vibration original with various Gaussianity and symmetry under different conditions, by the theories of 3rd order cumulant and bispectrum, the application of bispectrum analysis in fault diagnosis of gear and its physical characteristic are studied in this paper. The contours for bispectrum based on direct estimation of normal gear signals, cracked gear signals and broken gear vibration signals are drawn out. Gear under various conditions is distinguished. By researching the bispectrum diagonal slice B x(ω,ω) , the various characters of gear under various conditions are found and can be used to identify the gear condition automatically.
