冷却疗法治疗烧伤的止痛作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :研究局部冷却疗法对人体 2度烧伤的止痛作用。方法 :应用皮温计和视觉模拟量表 ,测定冷却疗法治疗人体 2度烧伤创面产生疼痛缓解作用的临界温度及冷却治疗 2度烧伤的止痛疗效。结果 :人体 2度烧伤创面局部疼痛缓解的平均温度在 2 5~ 2 6℃左右 ,疼痛评分降到轻度范围内 (0~ 3.5 )的临界温度为 2 8℃。冷疗前疼痛评分是 5 .7± 2 .1(n =2 2 ) ,冷疗后降至 1.2± 1.1(n =2 2 ) ,包扎治疗组治疗前疼痛评分是 5 .6± 2 .3(n =2 2 ) ,治疗后降至 3.9± 2 .6(n =2 0 )。结论 :2度烧伤早期采用适当的冷却疗法可以有效地减轻疼痛。 Objective:The study was undertaken to evaluate the effect of pain relief by cooling therapy in patients with partial thickness burns. Method: The VAS scores of 44 patients hospitalized in 30 minutes were obtained before and after cooling therapy. 22 patients were treated with cooling therapy and the others treated with dressing only. Results: Pain reliet ocured when wound temperature drops below 28℃(threshold for pain). Before dressing, the patients VAS scores was 5.7±2.1(n=44). The VAS scores in the group received cooling therapy dropped to 1.2±1.1(n=22). In contrast,in the group without cooling therapy, the VAS scores dropped to 3.9±2.6(n=22). Conclusion: Cooling therapy could effectively relieve burnt pain.
