摘要
目的 探索周围神经损伤修复的新方法。方法 在大鼠坐骨神经损伤模型上 ,应用几丁糖 胶原复合膜缝制成神经导管分别套接 5mm、10mm神经缺损及直接端端吻合组 ,以单纯端端吻合组为对照。术后4、8、12周进行大体观察、神经电生理测试、组织学检查和图像分析。结果 5mm间隙组的神经再生质量与对照组相似 ,10mm间隙组的神经再生质量稍差 ,直接吻合组包膜后可防止神经瘤的形成。术后 12周几丁糖 胶原复合膜有明显的降解吸收。结论 几丁糖
Objective To seek a new method for treatment of peripheral nerve injure. Methods using rat sciatic nerve model, chitosan collagen film was sutured into conduit to bridge 5 mm,10 mm nerve defect or wrapped up at the site where was direct coaptation, took simple direct coaptation as control group. General observation, electrophysiological study, histological study and image analysis were performed 4、8、12 weeks postoperatively. Results At 5 mm interval defect, the quality of nerve regeneration was similar to that of control group. At 10 mm interval defect, it was inferior to that of control group. Chitosan collagen film wrapped up at the site where was direct coaptation might restrain the formation of neuroma. Chitosan collagen film was obviously degraded 12 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion Chitosan collage film conduit is useful in repairing of peripheral nerve injury.
