种草先行 ,先草后林 ,有利于保持水土 ,有利于树木的生长 ,有利于农民增加收入 ,是退耕还林的重要步骤。
In this paper, the author discusses planting grass in cultivated land instead of planting corn and concludes that planting grass has the advantages in conserving water and soil , speeding up tree growth and increasing farmer's income quickly. It is an important step of returning cultivated land to plant grass first and then plant trees.
