摘要
研制开发了氯化钙/聚合醇钻井液体系,并在史136井应用。实验和现场应用表明,氯化钙/聚合醇钻井液体系具有优良的泥页岩抑制性、润滑性、抗温性及流变性,可通过改变氯化钙浓度调整聚合醇浊点,以满足不同井深的需要。该体系的应用解决了强水敏泥页岩的稳定问题,具有良好的经济效益。
Calcium chloride/polyols drilling fluid system were prepared and applied in Shi 136 well. The system exhibited superior mud shale inhibiting ability, lubricity, heat resistance and rheological behavior. Its cloud point could be adjusted by changing concentration of calcium chloride to meet the needs of wells with different depth. It had successfully solved the problem in stability of water - sensitive mud shale and it showed good economical benefit.
