聚合物乳液在制备纤维增强树脂复合材料中的应用

摘要 采用聚合物乳液作粘结剂 ,利用水悬浮法成功地制备了 GF/ PVC复合材料 ,根据该工艺特点 ,优选了部分聚合物乳液粘结剂 。 GF/PVC composites was successfully prepared by aqueous suspension, with the application of polymer emulsion adhesion. According to the character of this technology, some polymer emulsion adhesion were given priority to be chosen. And their effects on the mechanic and thermal propertiesof GF/PVC composites were observed. The result indicates that in these process, PVC prepared by suspension method is the best election. Not only the type of the binders but also the concentration of the binders in suspension liquid would affect the mechanic property of composite materials. The thermal property of composite materials would be affected by the polymer emulsion adhesion, but not much.
