摘要
以丙烯酸系高吸油树脂缓释过程为研究对象 ,以α-甲基丙烯酸十二酯为主单体 ,研究了引发剂、交联剂用量及溶剂溶度参数对树脂缓释行为的影响 ,提出描述高吸油树脂作为缓释材料基材的缓释速率方程 :t1/ 2 / Q=A+kt。
High oil adsorption resin can used as controlled release material. The high oil adsorption resin with α methyl dedocyl acrylate was synthesized. Effects of the amount of initiator, crosslinker and solubility parameter of solvent on the kinetics of controlled releas for high oil adsorption resin were studied. An equation t 1/2 / Q=A+kt , which describes relationship between the degree of swelling of polymer and time, was proposed and can explain controlled release process of high oil adsorption resin. The results indicate that crosslink density and solubility parameter are key factors which determines the property of controlled release for high oil adsorption resin.
